Surprising Peace

Hiding from the senses, it settles in your mind

Not letting you know that it finally did arrive

Enjoying the stay and munching the suspense

With a silent whisper, The new peace marks its commence

With strong words and stronger thoughts

You witness its presence subtle

Trying to see it, but like illusion it evaporates

And then you leave the attempt and let it be

Reason for fresh joy remains unknown
